Convenience, location to both Ames & Des Moines. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Omelettes were delicious and not just eggs any style they also have waffles. They have a nice bar the staff is very helpful.

the front desk people were very polite and helpful. we needed an early check in on Sunday- I dropped my husband off at the hotel and they took care of him and got him in a room early. This was much appreciated. We like to stay here when we when we come to Des Moines.

quite and clean. like the pool and weight room and the restaurant had good food and shake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to found. Will be going there when I came work. Good place for family

BREAKFAST IS ALSO GOOD AND MY HUSBAND LOVE HIS BREAKFAST. NICE STAFF AND DINNING AREA WAS CLEAN AND FRIENDLY, STATE FAIR WAS EASY TO GET THERE AND BACK.

The front desk gentlemen was very nice and welcoming. The beds were comfy and smell clean. check in and check out was easy and fast!
